The Luxembourg export office, music:LX, has announced the launch of a brand new platform for the global music scene: Classical:NEXT Encore.
The bedrock of Classical:NEXT is networking and in the continuous push for positive change, they will begin their metamorphosis into a year-round, hybrid, membership-based platform.
Classical:NEXT Encore is an online event series that will take place three to four times a year, offering sector and regional meet ups, presentations of the latest innovations and developments, project pitches and music and networking. All of which is accessible to anyone with an active C:N NET account. A new Classical:NEXT Academy will also offer in-depth learning on targeted topics.
The upcoming debut series will take place from 30 November to 11 December 2020 and puts the participant actively into the action when and whereever possible: mix and mingle in receptions scheduled so the whole world can take part, conference sessions and meet ups for learning and listening and the option to go beyond the chat box and discuss directly with peers, face to face.
These online series allow for cross-sector and cross-border conversations to take place throughout the year, engage the global community and offer more chances to connect, exchange, discover and grow collectively.
