The China-Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce (China-Lux) has announced that it is holding its Chinese New Year Reception - to welcome in the Year of the Horse - on Wednesday 11 February 2026 from 17:00 to 20:00 at the Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce (7 rue Alcide de Gasperi) in Luxembourg-Kirchberg.

The Chinese New Year Reception is being organised by the Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce, the China-Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce and the Hong Kong Economic and Trade Office in Brussels.

17:00-17:30: Welcome of participants

17:30-18:00: Welcome addresses

  • Fernand Ernster, President, Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce

  • H.E. Mr Hua Ning, Chinese Ambassador to Luxembourg

  • Fiona Li, Deputy Representative, Hong Kong Economic and Trade Office to the European Union

  • Jacques Bortuzzo, President, China-Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce

This will be followed by a cultural performance.

18:30-20:00: Networking cocktail
