On Friday 10 July 2026, Fondation Elisabeth (Elisabeth), a Luxembourg-based non-profit offering social and care services, published its 2025 Annual Report.
According to the foundation, the report presents the figures that reflect the scale and diversity of its activities: the number of employees and accompanied people, the number of children welcomed, youth training, residents in our institutions, revenues and expenses, as well as many other indicators that testify to the daily commitment of our teams across the country.
Fondation Elisabeth currently supports more than 7,000 people each day, with a team of 2,479 staff members and around 50 active facilities across Luxembourg.
The common thread of the annual report, "Life stories that evolve thanks to Elisabeth", voluntarily places the human being at the centre. It reflects the diversity of paths that intersect within Elisabeth and shows how everyone finds their place within Elisabeth.
The foundation remarked: “2025 was marked by many societal changes that question our ways of working, supporting and collaborating. In this context, the issue of leadership has occupied an important place within Elisabeth. A conference dedicated to societal transformations and tomorrow's leadership opened up reflection on the future challenges of our sector, but also on the importance of human, responsible and meaningful leadership.”
The foundation also acknowledged the contributions of its staff, volunteers and partners, noting that their continued involvement remains essential to its daily work.
