On Tuesday 30 June 2026, the City of Luxembourg (Ville de Luxembourg - VdL) held a reception to honour municipal staff members who delivered the best performances in the nineteenth edition of the ING Night Marathon Luxembourg, while also highlighting charitable donations made in support of the Fondation Autisme Luxembourg and Les Tandems de la Vue.
On this occasion, employees who completed the full marathon distance, as well as those recording the fastest male and female times in the half marathon, were honoured.
According to VdL, a total of 146 municipal employees participated in this year's event, with eleven runners (two women and nine men) completing the full marathon and 135 (40 women and 95 men) taking part in the half marathon.
As in previous years, the City of Luxembourg marked its participation with a gesture of solidarity: municipal employees collectively donated €1,780 to the AutiSport project of the Fondation Autisme Luxembourg, while the inclusive Roll & Run event raised an additional €895 for Les Tandems de la Vue.
