Handicaps Solidaires Luxembourg (HSL) has announced the eighth edition of SOLIRUNBIKE, which will take place on the Kirchberg plateau on Thursday 18 June 2026.
According to HSL, the inclusive Run & Bike event brings together companies, amateur athletes and sports enthusiasts to promote inclusion through sport and solidarity. The event is open to participants with and without disabilities.
Teams of three to five participants will complete a course combining running and mountain biking while locating checkpoints along the route. The course has also been designed to be accessible to people with reduced mobility.
The race is scheduled to start at 18:30, followed by a social gathering for participants.
According to HSL, proceeds from the event will support a humanitarian project in Burkina Faso as well as the Luxembourg association Back To Sport. The organisation also noted that around 150 participants took part in the 2025 edition.
Several Luxembourg companies have already confirmed their support for this year’s event, including Arendt & Medernach, Clearstream, Banque de Luxembourg, DMS – Avocat à la Cour, Inowai and LaLux.
