On Tuesday 27 January 2026, Fondation Elisabeth (Elisabeth), a Luxembourg-based non-profit offering social and care services, announced it had acquired three Child and Youth Facilities.

According to the association, the acquisitions continued its development and reinforced its local presence, reflecting the trust placed by municipalities in Elisabeth’s educational and socio-educational projects, as well as the group’s commitment to being a local partner serving families and young people.

In the eastern part of the country, two Education and Care Services (SEA) are joining the Elisabeth network: SEA Am Kiischtenascht, an existing facility located in Trintange, in the heart of eastern Luxembourg; and SEA An der Loupëscht, a new facility located in Junglinster, housed in a modern building purpose-built to meet current early childhood care needs

Additionally, Elisabeth will also take over a youth centre in Dahlheim, strengthening its presence in southern Luxembourg and its commitment to supporting young people within their local communities.

Fondation Elisabeth said: “These acquisitions form part of a strategy aimed at ensuring continuity of existing facilities while supporting the development of new initiatives, grounded in the expertise, values and educational concept of the Elisabeth group. Children and young people will benefit from attentive, structured and supportive care, provided by teams committed and embedded in local realities.”
