The annual Kick Cancer Into Touch (KCIT) charity golf tournament raised over €4,000 during its latest edition, held on Saturday 14 June 2025 at Kikuoka Golf Club in Canach.

The funds raised will go to Omega 90 Asbl, a Luxembourg-based palliative care organisation, according to KCIT.

The event at Kikuoka Golf Club included Ukrainian dance lessons by Vesna UA Dance, buggy tours, a putting competition and face painting. Activities continued despite alternating periods of sun and storms.

"The community's resilience and generosity were on full display," said event sponsor John Molloy. "Even with the unpredictable weather, people came out to support this worthy cause."

Lokesh Choudhary was awarded the 2025 Des McKenna Trophy.

According to the organisers, the event was made possible through sponsorship from several prominent Luxembourg organisations.

The event was organised by Joe Lister, Derek Ramage, Tony Whiteman, Craig Griffiths, Andrew Thompson, Dave Winters and Glenn Nordahl, together with their families. It also received anonymous donations from local families in the form of prizes and financial contributions.
