
The Luxembourg Autism Foundation has announced a number of activities being held in the Grand Duchy around World Autism Awareness Day which falls on Tuesday 2 April 20024
The three key events this year include:
- Friday 22 to Sunday 24 March: Exhibition at the Galerie op der Kap (70 route d’Arlon, L-8310 Capellen).
The ECART association will occupy the venue with different artists presenting their works. 25% of the sale price of the works will be donated to the foundation. The opening takes place at 19:00 on 22 March, and the exhibition takes place on 23 and 24 March from 10:00 to 18:00.
- Thursday 28 March: Charity concert from 20:00 at Neimënster Abbey.
The “Serge Tonnar Trio” will take the stage for a benefit concert for the Fondation Autisme Luxembourg. Serge Tonnar on acoustic guitar will be accompanied by Boris Schmidt on double bass and Michel Meis on drums for an evening that will include jazz sounds.

- Tuesday 2 April: Cycle ride on the cycle path no.15 from Walferdange to Mersch (and return).
The start is scheduled for 10:00 at the Stade Prince Henri in Walferdange. those participating, some on adapted bicycles, will take a short break in the morning, a break for lunch and a break in the afternoon. The return is scheduled for 15:30 in Walferdange.
