Local non-profit organisation Aide à l'Enfance de l’Inde et du Népal (AEIN) has announced its 44th India-Nepal Bazaar, set to take place on Sunday 17 March 2024 at the Centre Culturel Sandweiler, from 10:30 to 18:00.
Different stands will offer Indian and Nepalese products and various flea markets (with second-hand books, clothes and more) throughout the day. Guests can participate in a raffle, enjoy various dishes and snacks and partake in various workshops for adults and activities for children. A cultural programme will also take place on the day, including various dance performances and a fashion show in collaboration with the boutique Les Sûtras, among others
Lunch will be featuring an Indian buffet prepared by the Kiran restaurant. For 30€ (15€ for children), there will be a variety of dishes available, including vegetable samosa, chicken tikka masala, chicken ayam kebab, mixed vegetable curry, chana masala, rice and naan. Alternatively, a European dish will be available - organic lasagna with meat or vegetarian, priced at 20€. Additionally, throughout the day, other Indian and Nepalese dishes will be on offer, such as samosas, momos and kulfi.

This is a "Green Event” - the organisers encourage guests to bring their reusable bags and/or “Eco Boxes” to participate in this eco-friendly initiative.
