On Thursday 14 December 2023, around 500 people attended the traditional Stëmm vun der Strooss Christmas party, which took place at the cultural centre in Luxembourg-Bonnevoie.
To create a festive atmosphere for those who are used to visiting the Stëmm vun der Strooss facility in Esch-sur-Alzette, a Christmas dinner was organised earlier this week, on Tuesday 19 December.
In the new restaurant at 112 Rue du Canal, the Stëmm vun der Strooss team had prepared everything to give those attending a magical moment. The restaurant was decorated down to the smallest detail and each person went home with a gift containing chocolate and hygiene products. There was also a tombola with 60 winners among the 250 visitors who had spent the day in the social restaurant.
The menu included a delicious bouchée à la reine as well as sandwiches, pastries and fruit.
Around 15 volunteers from the companies KPMG, Quintet, BGL and Hein Group helped to serve the food and drinks, clean the tables and create a nice atmosphere in the restaurant.
Stëmm vun der Strooss supports the homeless and disadvantages members of society.
