Caritas Luxembourg has announced that its “social reception” service for refugees and migrants will resume daily from Tuesday 2 June 2020.
The social reception service is aimed at applicants for international protection, beneficiaries of international protection, rejected asylum seekers, undocumented migrants and any migrant, especially non-EU migrants, who require assistance. Individuals can obtain information in relation to their rights and all the procedures which specifically concern them, as well as useful information to facilitate daily life in Luxembourg and assistance in compiling their application for family reunification, among other things.
Social assistance will be provided by appointment only. To make an appointment in the desired language (English, French, German, Russian, Serbian, Croatian, Bosnian, Albanian, Persian, Tigrinya and Arabic), individuals are invited to consult the webpage: www.caritas.lu/accueil-social.
