EXKi Luxembourg yesterday presented SOS Villages d’Enfants Monde with a cheque for €1,358 for the association's projects related to children's rights.
The four EXKi restaurants in Luxembourg, which have been a partner of SOS Villages d’Enfants Monde since 2014, gave the association the the opportunity to place ballot boxes with their boxes during the end-of-year celebrations period and provide support through the Concert Gala brochure.
In addition, for its 45th anniversary, SOS Villages d’Enfants Monde organised a festival in Place d'Armes in July 2019. Happy Snacks SA (EXKi and Pizza Hut) joined the event by offering catering in solidarity, the proceeds of which were donated to SOS Villages d’Enfants Monde.
On Wednesday 22 January 2020, Marie-Laure Pierson, Supervisor at EXKi Luxembourg, and Kevin Fabert, Marketing Assistant, invited Sophie Glesener, Director of SOS Villages d’Enfants Monde, and Anne Schweizer, Partnerships Manager, to the EXKi restaurant in Grand-Rue to give them a check for €1,358. This sum, which includes the donations collected over the last three years (2017-2019), will be attributed to the association's projects which aim to support vulnerable children around the world by supporting their rights, protection and well-being.
The representatives of SOS Children's Villages World expressed their gratitude to the managers and teams of EXKi Luxembourg as well as to the brand's customers.
