Luxembourg non-profit organisation Stëmm vun der Strooss has announced that Renmans butchers will provide more than 4,700 meals to the disadvantaged at social restaurants in Hollerich and Esch-sur-Alzette over the next year.

Having supported Stëmm vun der Strooss for the past nine years, Renmans has committed to providing once again free meat to the organisation for meals at its social restaurants, between December 2019 and November 2020.

The organisation will be able to collect the meat from the butcher shop closest to their site. As stated by sales manager Serge Jadin: "From December 2019 to November 2020, Stëmm vun der Strooss will be able to benefit from a total of 564 kg of meat for the preparation of its meals".

To seal this long-standing partnership, the president of the non-profit organisation, Marcel Detaille, and the financial director, Arnaud Watelet, have just renewed the agreement with Serge Jadin, an agreement which formalises the support given to the Stëmm vun der Strooss by Renmans butchers.

Since the beginning of this partnership, which dates back to 2011, the Stëmm has benefited from meat enabling the preparation of some 30,000 meals.
