Bram Apprentices Raise over €1k for Stëmm vun der Strooss

Apprentices from the Bram fashion store have raised €1,100 for the Luxembourg NGO Stëmm vun der Strooss, thanks to a gift packing initiative.

At the Bram shop, it has been a tradition that the young apprentices pack gifts throughout December. This year, they donated the money raised in 2018 from the gift packing action to the association Stëmm vun der Strooss. 

The donation ceremony took place on Friday 8 February 2019 in the Bram fashion store at the City Concorde in Bertrange, where the Bram representatives presented Stëmm vun der Strooss Director Alexandra Oxacelay with the cheque for €1,100.

Stëmm vun der Strooss will use this donation to hire a part-time cook for one year, in order to cope with the growing demand for meals in the Hollerich and Esch-sur-Alzette social restaurants.
