On Wednesday 24 June 2026, Luxembourg trade union LCGB announced the signing of a new collective agreement with the management of industrial company Performance Solutions Luxembourg Sàrl.
The agreement, signed on Monday 22 June 2026, is valid from 1 January 2026 until 31 December 2028.
According to the LCGB, the company's 84 employees will benefit from an updated salary scale for employees under the role based system following recent revisions to the social minimum wage, one off bonuses on 1 March 2026, 1 March 2027 and 1 March 2028, an average annual merit pay increase of 1.5% for "Single Roll" employees, adjustments to the holiday bonus based on length of service and the bonus awarded after 25 years of service, an increase in annual leave entitlement and the inclusion of the right to disconnect.
For the LCGB, one of the key priorities was above all to ensure that employees retained their existing benefits and acquired rights. In addition, this agreement establishes a stable and reliable framework that contributes to preserving existing jobs while creating new opportunities.
Performance Solutions Luxembourg Sàrl is an industrial company based in Contern, specialising in the manufacture and processing of plastics, in particular synthetic resins and thermoplastics.
