As of Tuesday 28 April 2020, Luxembourg micro- and small businesses affected by the COVID-19 pandemic can apply online for direct non-repayable financial assistance up to €5,000.
This new financial support is aimed at micro-businesses which have suffered a turnover loss of at least 50% due to the pandemic. Non-repayable emergency compensation up to €12,500 is also available for companies employing between ten and 20 people.
The form for submitting these requests, which will be processed by the Directorate General of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises, is now available on Guichet.lu. The request can be made using an online assistant available through the platform's professional area accessible through a LuxTrust product or an electronic ID card.
