On Saturday 26 and Sunday 27 September 2026, teams in Luxembourg’s Women’s and Men’s Enovos League contested Game Day 2 of the 2026/27 regular season.
Women’s League: T71 Dudelange, Musel Pikes Remain Unbeaten
In the women’s league, defending champions T71 Dudelange hosted league newcomers Gréngewald Hueschtert, who had suffered a defeat against Musel Pikes on Game Day 1. The visitors won the opening quarter, with American centre Olivia Olsen scoring eleven points.
Midway through the second quarter, the hosts levelled the score and moved ahead, with captain Catherine Mreches and Shalonda Winton scoring eight points each as T71 took a 48-44 lead into half-time. After the break, Dudelange started the third quarter with a 20-0 run to build the decisive lead. Tom Schumacher’s team eventually secured a 91-72 victory, with Lauren Kleunen finishing as the game’s top scorer with 25 points.
Musel Pikes also recorded their second consecutive victory, defeating AB Contern 74-64 at home. Luxembourg national team captain Magaly Meynadier contributed 20 points and thirteen rebounds for the hosts, who moved to a 2-0 record.
In the other match, Basket Esch claimed an 82-77 away victory over Amicale Steinsel. Les Sangliers Wooltz sat out Game Day 2.

Men’s League: Etzella, Arantia, Basket Esch Continue Winning Starts
In the men’s league, three teams remain unbeaten after Game Day 2. Defending champions Etzella Ettelbruck recorded their second consecutive victory with a 104-60 home win over Racing Luxembourg. Philippe Gutenkauf led the hosts with 26 points and eleven assists.
Current Luxembourg Cup holders Arantia Larochette also moved to a 2-0 record after defeating Kordall Steelers 99-64 at home. Edson De Sousa scored 26 points for Arantia, who pulled away in the third quarter to secure the victory.
Basket Esch claimed their second straight win with a 97-93 away victory over league newcomers AS Zolwer. The visitors made ten three-pointers in the opening seventeen minutes, with Quinten Nelson hitting five in the first quarter alone, and finished the game with fourteen. Zolwer kept the score close in the final minutes, before Clancy Rugg converted a three-pointer with 40 seconds remaining to help Esch secure the victory. US guard Jordan Hicks, 36, led Esch with 29 points.
