Spuerkeess, in collaboration with Up Luxembourg, has announced a new service for its 320,000+ S-Net customers which allows them to check the balance of their “UP meal vouchers” account directly via their e-banking.
Alain Scholtes, Deputy Head of Innovation Office at Spuerkeess, emphasised: "This new innovation marks a further step in our commitment to offering financial services that exceed our customers' traditional expectations.”
Alicia Brun, Country Manager of Up Luxembourg, added: "Thanks to this partnership with Spuerkeess, Up Luxembourg continues to innovate to improve the customer experience. From now on, Spuerkeess users can easily check the balance of their Up Luxembourg meal vouchers via the S-Net and S-Net Mobile e-banking solutions, with access to a detailed transaction history."
The integration of this free service is provided by LUXHUB, a long-standing partner of the bank and a developer of Open Finance solutions in Luxembourg.
