On Monday 18 November 2024, Banque Raiffeisen announced the opening of new bank branches and the renovation of others throughout Luxembourg.

Banque Raiffeisen opened a new branch in Esch-Belval in September 2024 and in Luxembourg-Gare in October 2024. The Alzingen branch was officially opened, following renovations, on Thursday 14 November 2024.

According to Banque Raiffeisen, the bank is investing in the development and modernisation of its branches across the country. It currently has 29 physical branches, an online site and more than 240 dedicated advisors in Luxembourg. The bank said it aims to offer premises which are better adapted to the needs of its customers, with an emphasis on proximity and personalised service, including tailoring services to meet both the physical and digital needs of customers.

Sandrine de Vuyst, member of the Management Board of Banque Raiffeisen, explained: “For Banque Raiffeisen, proximity is not just a concept, it is a fundamental value. Our branches are much more than places where banking transactions are carried out: they are places where customers are welcomed, listened to and advised, where they can benefit from personalised support.”
