The Optimists and Star cricket clubs in Luxembourg held their annual awards ceremonies on Friday 18 March and Sunday 20 March 2022, respectively.
Optimists CC held their annual awards dinner at New Delhi Restaurant in Luxembourg City on Friday evening. On this occasion, the cricket club announced the following award winners:
- Best Batsman: Advyth Manepalli
- Best Bowler: Raj Akulwar
- Best All-Rounder: Will Cope
- Best Fielder: James Barker
- Best Performance: Will Cope
- Most Improved: Oscar Whiteman
- Club Man: Joost Mees and Stephen Evans
Star CC held their annual general meeting (AGM) at Campus An Der Dallt in Schuttrange on Sunday. In addition to presenting its finances and club vision for the future, Star CC presented the following awards to players for the 2020-21 and 2021-22 outdoors and indoor seasons and the European Cricket League (ECL) Tournament based on statistics and results available to the club:
