At the meeting of the cabinet of the Luxembourg government on Friday 15 September, the Ministers agreed to set up a new initiative entitled "Luxembourg for Shopping".
The purpose of the initiative is to develop, implement and manage a national electronic retail platform. The evolution of consumption habits make this issue essential to open the digital distribution channel for many traders who do not yet have an e-shopping solution.
The "Luxembourg for Shopping" GiE will be in charge of supporting merchants/traders throughout their use of the national e-commerce platform, and to promote them.
