Police Seek Owner of Stolen Watch Found in Garnich

On Thursday 17 September 2026, the Grand Ducal Police issued an appeal to identify the owner of a wristwatch recovered following thefts from several unlocked vehicles in Garnich.

The thefts took place in Rue de l'Église during the night of Saturday 12 to Sunday 13 September 2026. Police located and arrested two suspects in connection with the incidents.

Among the stolen property recovered by police was a ZEPPELIN LZ126 wristwatch, model 7614-3, with the serial number 04381. Police noted that the glass covering the watch face was completely missing.

The origin of the wristwatch remains unknown.
