Luxembourg's Ministry of the Economy has announced updated prices for petrol, diesel and other petroleum products.
As of Friday 31 July 2026, the price of unleaded 95-octane petrol has increased by 3.6 cents to €1.761 per litre (including VAT), while diesel has risen by 7.7 cents to €1.966 per litre (including VAT).
The cost of heating oil has increased by 8.1 cents to €1.461 per litre. Diesel for industrial and commercial use has risen by 7.7 cents to €1.571 per litre, followed by diesel for agricultural and horticultural use, which has also increased by 7.7 cents to €1.418 per litre.
The price of 98-octane petrol remains unchanged at €1.903 per litre (including VAT). Meanwhile, LPG remains at 70.3 cents per litre, while propane also remains unchanged at 73.6 cents per litre.
Fuel prices have fluctuated in Luxembourg and other countries in recent months amid the ongoing crisis in the Middle East.
