Grand Duke Guillaume and Grand Duchess Stéphanie host guests at the Château de Berg in Colmar-Berg;

On Thursday 25 June 2025, Grand Duke Guillaume hosted the first of two receptions in the form of garden parties at the Château de Berg in Colmar-Berg.
On the Thursday evening, Grand Duke Guillaume was joined by Grand Duchess Stéphanie; he addressed the guests in Luxembourgish, French and English, thanking primarily actors in the cultural sector for their support during the Trounwiessel last October.
Representatives from different sectors of society were invited: in addition to representations from the cultural scene, the ambassadors of China and Czechia, government ministers including Leon Gloden, Members of Parliament including Clause Wiseler, speaker of the parliament, civil servants and business leaders, as well as representatives from the police and emergency services and the international community.
Despite the current heatwave, it was very pleasant in the shade of the castle with a gentle breeze blowing. Drinks and canapés were served, with guests enjoying music and song by two live bands, one with different singers performing different song styles.
