On Thursday 18 June 2026, the Grand Ducal Police reported that following a road traffic accident in Luxembourg-Gasperich on Wednesday 17 June, a motorcyclist with serious injuries was taken to hospital.
According to the police, at approximately 16:20 on Wednesday, a road traffic accident involving a car and a motorcycle occurred on Boulevard Friedrich Wilhelm Raiffeisen in Luxembourg-Gasperich.
The motorcyclist sustained serious injuries and, after receiving first aid at the scene, was transported to hospital for further treatment.
According to initial information, the collision was a rear-end accident in which the motorcyclist struck the rear of the vehicle.
An accident report was filed by the police.
