CGDIS Reports Overnight Fire Related Incidents Across Luxembourg

The Grand Ducal Fire and Rescue Corps (CGDIS) has reported several fire related incidents across Luxembourg between Tuesday 26 and Wednesday 27 May 2026. 

Shortly after 20:00, emergency services responded to reports of smoke coming from a bus on the CR310 between Petit-Nobressart and Holtz. Rescue teams from Ell attended the scene.

Another incident occurred around 21:07, when rescue teams from Bettendorf were deployed to Schoofsbësch in Bettendorf following a rubbish fire.

Later same day at approximately 21:57, emergency services responded to an apartment fire on Avenue Monterey in Luxembourg-Ville. Rescue teams from Luxembourg, Hesperange and Sandweiler joined the scene alongside an ambulance crew.

Shortly before 23:00, rescue teams from Niederanven were called to Rue de Trèves in Findel following a garden fire.

During the night, emergency services also intervened in relation to a bin fire in Clemency.

According to the CGDIS, none of the fire related incidents led to injuries.
