On Tuesday 26 May 2026, the Grand Ducal Police reported that a female motorcyclist has died following a road traffic accident on the CR1231.
According to the initial information, at around 18:30 on Monday 25 May, a road traffic accident occurred near Müllerthal on the CR1231, in which a female motorcyclist came off her motorcycle and crashed.
The 22-year-old rider sustained serious injuries and received initial treatment at the scene from emergency services before being transported to hospital.
The police reported that the rider died in hospital during the course of the night.
