The Grand Ducal Police have reported a fatal incident that occurred in Esch-sur-Alzette on Saturday 28 March 2026.
At approximately 13:30 on Saturday, police received a report of an incident on Rue de Mâcon in which a person died.
Officers located the suspect at the scene and arrested him on the orders of the Public Prosecutor's Office.
The Criminal Investigation Department has been tasked with investigating the exact sequence of events and the background of the incident.
The Public Prosecutor's Office will release further information when circumstances allow, the police said.
