On Tuesday 24 March 2026, Banque Raiffeisen launched “Customer Care”, a centralised service to support its clients in Luxembourgish, French, German and English, through a phone call.
Accessible via the phone number 2450 1234, the customer service operates from Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 17:30, handling enquiries related to the bank’s products and services, as well as technical issues and fraud, in “a simple, fast and always human way”.
According to the bank, the service also steps in when the usual advisor is not available, ensuring that no request goes unanswered, while calls related to suspected fraud are automatically redirected to payment service provider Worldline outside opening hours, providing 24/7 support.
This new service aims to complement and does not replace the personal relationship each client has with their advisor. Banque Raiffeisen noted that it continues to allow clients to choose how they interact, whether in branch, by phone or online.
The bank said that with 28 branches, three Business Hubs and one Agri Hub, it remains true to its cooperative model and its focus on proximity.
“The ‘Customer Care’ strengthens our ability to support our clients quickly, especially in cases of fraud. It is fully aligned with our ‘All About You’ commitment, offering an accessible, human and efficient service,” commented Sandrine De Vuyst, Member of the Management Board of Banque Raiffeisen.
