The Grand Ducal Police reported a burglary at a shop in Troisvierges in the early hours of Wednesday 10 December 2025.
According to the police, the incident occurred at around 03:00, when two perpetrators allegedly forced open a door to gain access to the premises and stole a cash register. A search operation was launched immediately, leading to both suspects being located and apprehended.
The police added that cash was found on one of the alleged perpetrators during a body search. On the orders of the public prosecutor’s office, both suspects were arrested and brought before an investigating judge on Wednesday afternoon, who subsequently issued an arrest warrant.
