The Grand Ducal Police have reported two recent burglaries in Luxembourg-Hollerich and Esch-sur-Alzette.
According to the police, the first incident occurred on the afternoon of Tuesday 25 November 2025, when an unknown perpetrator broke into a flat in a multi-family building on Rue Marie-Adélaïde in Luxembourg-Hollerich. Initial information indicates that the intruder was surprised by a resident and fled the scene with stolen items.
A second burglary was reported later that evening at a single-family home on Rue de l’Hôpital in Esch-sur-Alzette, where unknown individuals gained entry and stole several items.
Investigations have been launched in both cases.
