The Grand Ducal Police have reported a theft from a vehicle and multiple burglaries that occurred across Luxembourg on Sunday 23 November 2025.
On Sunday morning, shortly after 07:00, officers on patrol noticed a vehicle with its passenger door open on Route de Trèves in Senningerberg. According to initial information, unknown perpetrators had gained access to the interior and searched the vehicle for valuables. An investigation has been launched.
Later that afternoon, police received reports of two separate burglaries. In Luxembourg-Cessange, unknown perpetrators are believed to have entered a flat in a multi-family residence on Rue Kohlenberg by forcing the terrace door. Cash and two wristwatches were among the items reported stolen.
A second burglary was reported at a single-family home on Rue Jean Laux in Kayl. According to initial information, unknown perpetrators entered by breaking open a rear window and stole jewellery. Investigations have been opened in both cases.
