The Grand Ducal Police have reported that several burglaries recently took place in Luxembourg.

On the morning of Saturday 6 September 2025, the police said they had received reports of several burglaries in recent hours.

One such break-in occurred in a single-family home on Rue Robert Schuman in Dudelange in the late afternoon of Friday 5 September 2025. According to initial information, unknown perpetrators gained access through a window and rummaged through the interior.

Another burglary was reported on Friday evening, this time in an apartment building on Rue de Strasbourg in the capital's train station district (Luxembourg-Gare). According to initial information, perpetrators gained access and stole cash and watches, among other items.

Investigations have been launched in both cases.
