The Grand Ducal Police have reported the arrest of a man for failing to comply with an expulsion order related to a domestic violence case.
On the morning of Wednesday 25 June 2025, authorities received reports that the man was staying in his wife's apartment in Wiltz, thus violating the expulsion order.
A police patrol went to the scene and located the suspect, who was reportedly uncooperative with the officers.
On the orders of the public prosecutor, he was taken into custody and brought before an investigating judge on the morning of Thursday 26 June 2025. The judge ordered that the man be placed in pre-trial detention.
