The Grand Ducal Police have reported that they recently arrested a man for failure to comply with a court referral order.
Around midday on Friday 30 May 2025, a man was reported to be at a residential address in Heiderscheid despite a court referral order, thereby violating the referral order. An immediate manhunt initially proved unsuccessful.
The authorities eventually located the suspect on the morning of Saturday 31 May 2025. By order of the public prosecutor, he was arrested and brought before an investigating judge that afternoon.
