The Maison du Grand-Duc has reported that Prince Charles of Luxembourg is celebrating his fifth birthday on Saturday 10 May 2025.
Prince Charles Jean Philippe Joseph Marie Guillaume was born on 10 May 2020 at the Grand Duchess Charlotte Maternity Hospital in Luxembourg. He is the first-born child of Prince Guillaume, Hereditary Grand Duke of Luxembourg, and Princess Stéphanie, Hereditary Grand Duchess of Luxembourg. He has one younger brother, Prince François, born on 27 March 2023.
Prince Charles was baptised at the Abbey of Saint Maurice in Clervaux on 19 September 2020.
He is second in the line of succession to the Luxembourgish Throne.
