The Grand Ducal Police have reported that they received reports of a car on fire on the CR158 between Bivingen and Roeser shortly before 20:30 on Wednesday April 30, 2025.
According to initial reports, the driver lost control of her vehicle and crashed into a tree. The vehicle overturned and landed in the centre of the road before catching fire. Two witnesses reportedly rescued the driver from the burning car and she was subsequently taken to hospital after receiving emergency medical treatment on site.
The road was closed during the rescue and recovery operations.
