On Wednesday 23 April 2025, Luxembourg's Minister of Justice, Elisabeth Margue, swore in new Councillors and Alternate Councillors to the Constitutional Court, as follows:
- Danielle Schweitzer, President of the Chamber at the Court of Appeal, as Councillor to the Constitutional Court with effect from 1 March 2025.
- Marianne Eicher, President of the Chamber at the Court of Appeal, as Alternate Councillor to the Constitutional Court with effect from 1 February 2025.
- Marie Mackel, President of the Chamber at the Court of Appeal, as Alternate Councillor to the Constitutional Court with effect from 1 March 2025.
The ceremony took place in the presence of the President of the Superior Court of Justice and the Constitutional Court, Thierry Hoscheit, and the Attorney General of State, John Petry, as well as the Vice-President of the Administrative Court and member of the Constitutional Court, Henri Campill.
