The Luxembourg City Tourist Office (LCTO) has confirmed that it recorded 2,463 visitors at its welcome office on Place Guillaume II over the Easter weekend, from Friday 18 to Monday 21 April 2025.

The majority of visitors came from Germany (815), followed by France (397), the Netherlands (135) and non-European countries, indicating a continued recovery in long-distance tourism.

A total of 727 individuals took part in guided tours organised by the LCTO, including the "Easter Safari" (60 participants, full capacity). In addition, 36 private tours were booked.

The Bock Casemates received 4,847 visitors over the four days. The Pétrusse Casemates, which feature sound and light installations, recorded 1,203 visits.

The 196th edition of the "Éimaischen" market took place on Easter Monday in Luxembourg City's old town. Organised by the Ville de Luxembourg and the Comité Alstad, the event included 46 pottery stands and 29 stalls operated by other artisans.

The LCTO also reported increased activity online, with 20,233 users visiting the luxembourg-city.com website and viewing 57,121 pages during the long weekend.
