Call for witnesses;

The Grand Ducal Police have reported that, on the morning of Wednesday 29 January 2025, a hit-and-run traffic accident occurred in Wellenstein.
The accident happened at around 07:15 on the Rue de Remich; according to the police, a car collided with a stationed vehicle following which the motorist "continued driving without caring about the damage caused".
The vehicle that fled is said to be a Luxembourg-registered black Mercedes C-Class saloon.
The police have appealed to the driver involved in the accident and any witnesses who may have relevant information to contact the Remich/Mondorf police station by tel: 24477-1000 or by email: police.remichmondorf@police.etat.lu.
