The Grand Ducal Police have reported that a serious road accident took place in Larochette on Thursday evening.
The accident occurred at around 20:45 on Thursday 9 January 2025, between Angelsberg and Larochette, where a vehicle hit a tree for reasons that remain unknown. The driver was seriously injured in the accident. He was taken to hospital after receiving first aid on-site. An accident report was drawn up.
Earlier, on Thursday afternoon, a road accident occurred on Route de Pétange in Niederkorn, in which a vehicle collided with a parked car. The driver was slightly injured and taken to hospital for a check-up. When checking the driver, the officers found that he was a minor and therefore did not have a valid driver's licence. A report was drawn up.
