The Grand Ducal Police have reported that a 37-year-old man is currently missing.
Eder Almeida Carolina has been missing since about 02:00 on Monday 30 September 2024. He was last seen in Diekirch.
He was last seen wearing black clothing and has short shaved hair. He may be wearing glasses and a three-day beard. The missing person is about 1.85 metres tall and of "stocky" build, according to the police.
It is believed that he could be in the Echternach/Berdorf area.

Update: On Tuesday 1 October 2024, the Grand Ducal Police confirmed that the missing man had been found "safe and sound" by a police patrol shortly before noon.
