The Grand Ducal Fire and Rescue Corps (CGDIS) has reported that a fire broke out in a flat in Esch-sur-Alzette on Wednesday evening.
The fire took place in a flat on Rue Jean-Pierre Michels shortly before 20:00 on Wednesday 17 July 2024. Five people were taken to hospital for a check-up.
The rescue operation saw the mobilisation of teams from the Esch-sur-Alzette, Sanem-Differdange, Kayl and Mondercange fire and rescue centres (CIS). Emergency vechicles from Esch-sur-Alzette and Dudelange were deployed.
