Luxembourg's Ministry of Digitalisation and the Government IT Centre (Centre des technologies de l’information de l’État - CTIE) are continually developing the MyGuichet.lu platform and in order to make it even more user-friendly and in line with user expectations and needs, has launched a call for public participation with the aim of improving the navigation of the portal.
To do this, an "user test" was notably published on the online participation platform www.zesumme-vereinfachen.lu dedicated to the administrative simplification of State services and products.
The Ministry and CTIE has called upon the public to undertake the "user test" in large numbers to show public perception and personal navigation logic on MyGuichet.lu.
This "user experience" will allow the CTIE to better understand in which sections are the users are looking, and for which content.
The user test is anonymous and lasts approximately fifteen minutes. It is available to anyone interested until Friday 1 July 2022.
