Monday marked the launch of the 37th population census of Luxembourg, organised by STATEC in collaboration with the municipalities and Guichet.lu.
Emphasis is on online participation. A virtual information session took place on Monday to inform the public about all the practicalities, particularly how to complete the online questionnaire on Guichet.lu.
From 8 November 2021, all households in Luxembourg will receive a letter sent by STATEC with the access codes necessary to access the online questionnaire. Between 8 and 21 November 2021, households have the option of responding only by internet. From 22 November 2021, participation via a paper questionnaire will also be possible. This paper questionnaire will be distributed by enumerators only to households that have not yet responded via Guichet.lu.
Online participation remains possible until 28 November 2021, whilst the paper questionnaire must be completed by 5 December 2021.
