The City of Luxembourg (Ville de Luxembourg - VdL) has announced that it is looking for 500 enumerators for the decennial population census on 8 November 2021.
 
Given the scope of this procedure, the City of Luxembourg has launched a call for 500 individuals to participate as an enumerator for the capital. Applicants must be aged 18 or over and be fluent in at least one of the three official languages ​​recognised in the Grand Duchy, i.e. Luxembourgish, German or French.
 
Anyone interested in participating as an enumerator in this census is requested to submit their application by 20 October 2021 at the latest using the registration form available on rd2021.vdl.lu and at the reception of the Bierger-Center in Place Guillaume II in Luxembourg-Ville (opening hours: Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:00).
 
Enumerators will be paid for their work as follows:
  • €58 for participation in the instructional conference;
  • €2.80 per identified individual;
  • €4.60 per dwelling / household listed;
  • €2.30 per building listed.
