A yellow weather alert has been triggered for Friday in Luxembourg due to a heatwave.
MeteoLux has forecast maximum temperatures exceeding 30°C across the Grand Duchy tomorrow. Morning temperatures are expected to reach 20°C to 23°C, with temperatures rising to between 31°C and 33°C in the north and between 33°C and 35° in the south of the country on Friday afternoon.
Temperatures should drop back down to between 21°C and 24°C across the country in the evening.
The yellow alert (potential danger) is in place for the entire country from 14:00 to 20:00 on Friday.
