The Luxembourg Police have reported that a road accident occurred between two vehicles early Saturday morning on the N7 in Colmar-Berg.

At 02:30 on Saturday, two vehicles collided on Rue d'Ettelbruck in Colmar-Berg, for reasons yet unknown. One of the drivers got trapped and had to be cut out of the vehicle by the emergency services.

Both drivers, who were travelling alone, were taken to the hospital. One person was badly injured, whilst the other suffered slight injuries. The prosecutor ordered the confiscation of both vehicles following the accident.

The previous evening, around 19:00, a road accident occurred between a car and a pedestrian on Grand-Rue in Bergem. The car struck the pedestrian when the latter ran across the street from behind a parked car. The pedestrian received first aid for his/her injuries before being taken to hospital.
