On Thursday afternoon, a woman was hit by a train near Ingeldorf.

According to the police report, she came from an industrial zone with her dog and wanted to cross the railway line. Unfortunately, she noticed the train to late and was hit by the side of the train and suffered what were desxcribed as serious injuries.

She was taken to hospital by ambulance and her dog,which was also injured, is being looked after by a kennels.

the railway line was closed for a while but reopened later.
