Luxembourg's Ministry of Culture has concluded the artistic competition to design government year-end greeting cards; the "Kreativ an d’Feierdeeg" contest was open to artists, professionals or not, of Luxembourg nationality or resident in Luxembourg.
The ministry announced that an exhibition will show all the projects submitted; it will be organized from 12 to 23 December 2016 hall of the Ministry of Culture.
After preselection jury, more than 1,200 people voted online for their favorite cards. The winners are:
- Category "Painting, drawing, engraving" Joel Meiers;
- Category "Photography": Laurent Schneider;
- Category "Graphics": Alessandra Barale;
- In the "electronic map" the jury selected the project of Lynn Schiltz.
The authors of the 4 winning projects win a prize of €1,500 each.
